Yet another Strategy

This time, you will not be given the exact strategy. Just know that computers deal with binary numbers at the lowest level, and there are many ways to represent a binary string. Binary simply means something made of two things, which could be 0 and 1 or some other choices. Try to decode the following string of numbers. You can use the CrypTool Bacon Coding page if you wish.
